- Lesson Request Data (clients): Details of the lessons you are looking for, including the type of driving exam, description, pick-up location or postcode, budget, preferred times, any attachments you upload, and — if you choose to share it — your phone number.
- Messages: The content of messages, attachments, and voice messages you exchange with other users through our chat feature.
- Transaction Information: Data related to purchases, including transaction dates, value, and purchased products. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.
- Technical Information: IP address, device type, operating system, push notification tokens, and usage details (e.g., time and frequency of service usage).
- Location Data: Location details you provide (such as addresses or postcodes, which we convert into map coordinates to enable matching between clients and instructors), and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Verification Data: Phone numbers you submit for verification and the resulting verification status (processed via our verification provider, Twilio).
- Communication Data: Details shared when you contact customer support or participate in surveys, polls, or competitions.
- Cookies Data: Information collected via cookies for user experience improvement.
