Effective 17 August 2026

Welcome to Servicedrome ("the Website"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including our mobile applications. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Website.

1. About Us

1.1 Servicedrome is operated by Karina Burambekova, a sole trader registered in the United Kingdom.

1.2 The Website is a platform designed to connect driving instructors with potential clients. Servicedrome does not provide driving instruction or related services.

2. Eligibility

2.1 To use Servicedrome, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration or interactions with us.

2.2 If you are under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must provide explicit consent for your use of our services. Servicedrome reserves the right to request evidence of such consent where necessary.

2.3 By using the Website, you confirm that you meet the above eligibility requirements. If you do not, you must not use the Website.

3. Nature of the Service

3.1 Servicedrome is an online marketplace that connects driving instructors with potential clients. Through the Website, clients can post lesson requests, browse and invite instructors, and receive and manage offers, and instructors can discover lesson requests and respond with offers. Servicedrome does not provide driving instruction and is not a party to any agreement made between clients and instructors.

3.2 Servicedrome does not verify the qualifications, certifications, or insurance of driving instructors listed on the Website. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into agreements with instructors.

3.3 The Website includes a built-in messaging feature that allows clients and instructors to communicate about lesson requests. To help keep users safe, certain content in messages (such as telephone numbers and email addresses) may be automatically masked, and messages may be reviewed where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, and support purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy. Where an instructor is on the pay per hire tariff, contact details are also withheld from both sides until the instructor accepts the client (see Section 11).

4. User Responsibilities

For Clients:

4.1 You agree to use the Website solely to connect with driving instructors for driving lessons or related services.

4.2 You are responsible for verifying the qualifications, certifications, and suitability of any instructor before engaging their services.

5. Payments and Transactions

5.1 Servicedrome does not process payments for driving lessons and does not act as an intermediary in financial transactions between clients and instructors. All lesson payments and terms must be agreed upon and settled directly between clients and instructors.

5.2 Servicedrome accepts no liability for disputes, cancellations, or payment issues arising between clients and instructors.

5.3 Purchases made directly from Servicedrome (such as Credits — see Section 10) are processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. Servicedrome does not store your full payment card details.

5.4 Fees payable by instructors to Servicedrome under the tariffs described in Section 11 are charged in Credits and are separate from lesson fees. Servicedrome does not take a commission on lesson fees under any tariff.

8. Consumer Rights

8.1 These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK and EU consumer laws, including:

  • The right to clear and transparent information about the services provided;
  • The right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days of purchase (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations);
  • The right to seek redress if services are not provided with reasonable care and skill.

8.2 If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact us at support@servicedrome.com for assistance.

9. Liability

9.1 Servicedrome is an online platform that connects students with independent driving instructors. Servicedrome does not provide driving lessons, employ instructors, or own any vehicles used in lessons.

9.2 Servicedrome is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or disputes that may arise during or as a result of driving lessons booked through the platform. All driving lessons are conducted solely at the discretion and responsibility of the instructor and student.

9.3 Instructors are required to have valid instructor insurance that covers students during lessons. Students are responsible for ensuring that their chosen instructor meets their expectations for safety and professionalism.

9.4 While Servicedrome allows students to review instructors, we do not verify instructors' qualifications, backgrounds, or conduct beyond the information they provide. Students are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before booking lessons.

9.5 Any disputes arising between instructors and students must be resolved between the involved parties. Servicedrome is not liable for mediating or enforcing agreements.

9.6 By using Servicedrome, both instructors and students agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Servicedrome, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from their use of the platform.

10. Credits and Promotional Credits

10.1 Overview

Servicedrome may, at its sole discretion, issue promotional credits, rewards, or credits ("Credits") to users as part of promotional campaigns, referral schemes, user engagement initiatives, or other programs. Additionally, users may have the option to purchase Credits directly through the Servicedrome platform. All Credits, whether purchased or awarded, are intended solely for use within the Servicedrome platform and hold no cash value.

10.2 Use of Credits

Credits may be redeemed for access to certain platform features, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to (applying for) client lesson requests;
  • The hire fee payable when a client chooses you and you accept, on the pay per hire tariff (see Section 11);
  • Profile visibility boosts in search listings;
  • Highlighted or featured placements;
  • Temporary access to premium tools or services.

Purchased Credits are subject to the same terms and conditions as promotional Credits.

10.3 Purchasing Credits

Users may purchase Credits through Servicedrome using available payment methods. The price, quantity, and availability of Credits for purchase are determined by Servicedrome and may vary over time. All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Credits purchased by users do not confer any ownership rights in Servicedrome, and their sole function is to provide access to designated platform features.

10.4 Profile Visibility Boosts

Users may apply Credits to temporarily increase their profile's visibility to prospective clients. The level of exposure achieved depends on various factors, including overall platform activity, competition, and the user's relevance to search criteria. Servicedrome does not guarantee specific results, levels of visibility, or engagement.

10.5 Expiry and Modifications

Credits may expire if not used within a defined period, typically six (6) months from the date of issuance or purchase, unless otherwise specified at the time of receipt or purchase. Servicedrome reserves the right to:

  • Modify the features accessible through Credits;
  • Adjust Credit expiry periods;
  • Discontinue or replace specific Credit-related features.

10.6 Misuse and Enforcement

Misuse of the Credit system, whether related to promotional or purchased Credits, may result in penalties, including account suspension, forfeiture of Credits, or other corrective measures. Misuse includes but is not limited to:

  • Creation of fake accounts;
  • Manipulation of referral or promotional programs;
  • Fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of Credits.

10.7 No Guarantee of Results

Credits and their associated features are provided "as is." Servicedrome makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness or outcomes of Credit use, including increased visibility, engagement, or commercial success.

11. Instructor Tariffs and Fees

11.1 Overview

This Section applies to driving instructors. Clients do not pay Servicedrome to use the Website.

Instructors choose how they pay Servicedrome for access to lesson requests. Two tariffs are available: pay per lead and pay per hire. Under both tariffs, fees are charged in Credits (see Section 10), Servicedrome takes no commission on your lesson fees, and no other payment to Servicedrome is required.

11.2 Choosing and changing your tariff

11.2.1 You choose your tariff when you register as an instructor, and you can change it later in your account settings.

11.2.2 You may change tariff at most once every 30 days. Your account settings show the date on which your next change becomes available.

11.2.3 The tariff that applies to an offer is the one you were on when you sent it. Changing tariff affects only the offers you send afterwards; offers already sent remain governed by the tariff and the fee recorded against them at the time.

11.2.4 Servicedrome may stop offering a tariff to new instructors, or withdraw it, at any time. Where this affects you we will notify you in accordance with Section 16.

11.3 Pay per lead

11.3.1 Credits are deducted from your wallet each time you send an offer in response to a lesson request. The number of Credits is shown to you before you confirm the offer, and is charged whether or not the client replies or engages you.

11.3.2 If the client has not opened the chat with you within 7 days of your offer being sent, and the offer has not been accepted, declined, or withdrawn in the meantime, the Credits deducted for that offer are returned to your wallet automatically.

11.3.3 Client contact details are available to you from the moment your offer is sent, subject to the contact-sharing choices the client has made.

11.4 Pay per hire

11.4.1 Sending offers is free. A single hire fee, charged in Credits, is deducted from your wallet at the point a client chooses you for their lesson request and you accept that choice.

11.4.2 The hire fee for an offer is fixed at the moment you send that offer, and is shown to you again, together with the resulting balance, before you accept. A later change to our fees does not change the fee recorded against offers you have already sent.

11.4.3 The hire fee is payable for the introduction and the release of contact details. It does not guarantee that any lesson will take place, and it is not refundable once charged, except where required by applicable law. If a client does not go ahead after you have accepted, you may contact support for a review of that fee; any Credits issued are at Servicedrome's discretion and are not an entitlement.

11.4.4 You may hold up to 15 open pay per hire offers at any one time. An offer stops counting towards that limit once it is accepted, declined, or withdrawn, or once the lesson request closes.

11.4.5 Until you accept, contact details (including telephone numbers and email addresses) are hidden from both you and the client, and contact details appearing in chat messages may be masked. When you accept, contact details are released to you and to the client at the same time. Attempting to circumvent this — for example by sharing or requesting contact details in a disguised form — is a prohibited use under Section 6, and clause 11.8 sets out what we may charge if you do.

11.5 Fee levels and changes

11.5.1 Servicedrome sets the number of Credits payable under each tariff and may change those amounts at any time. A change applies only to offers sent after it takes effect, and never alters the amount recorded against an offer already sent. The amount payable is shown to you in the app before you commit to it.

11.5.2 A change to our fees does not shorten or waive the 30-day period in 11.2.2.

11.6 Negative balances

11.6.1 Accepting a client on the pay per hire tariff may take your Credit balance below zero. Where that happens, the shortfall is owed to Servicedrome and is cleared by topping up your wallet; Credits you subsequently purchase or are awarded are applied to it first.

11.6.2 While your balance is below zero you cannot send new offers or accept new clients. We will tell you when your balance goes below zero; that message is an account notice and is sent regardless of your notification settings.

11.7 No guarantee of results

Neither tariff guarantees any number of offers, clients, or lessons, or any particular cost per client. Servicedrome makes no representations or warranties as to the results you will obtain under either tariff.

11.8 Going around the platform

11.8.1 The pay per hire tariff works only if hires are recorded on the Website. You must not take a connection made through Servicedrome off the platform in order to avoid the hire fee. This includes sharing or requesting contact details before you accept, arranging lessons with a client while declining their choice or leaving it unanswered, and asking a client to cancel their request and book with you directly.

11.8.2 Where we have reasonable grounds to believe you have done so, we may charge the hire fee that would have been payable had the hire been recorded on the Website, by deducting that number of Credits from your wallet. We charge the fee that was avoided and nothing beyond it: this is recovery of the fee, not a penalty. The deduction may take your balance below zero, in which case clause 11.6 applies.

11.8.3 Before we deduct anything we will tell you what we are relying on and give you at least 7 days to respond. If you show us that no hire took place, or that it happened independently of Servicedrome, we will not make the deduction — or will reverse it if it has already been made. You may raise the matter under Section 15 at any point.

11.8.4 Repeated or deliberate circumvention may also lead to suspension or termination under Section 14.

11.8.5 To apply this fairly we keep a count of how often contact details are detected in chat messages. Those counts record that a detection happened, not the content of your messages, and are held as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Servicedrome or its licensors and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Website content without explicit written permission.

14. Account Termination

14.1 Servicedrome reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Website for any user who violates these Terms or engages in unlawful activities.

14.2 Upon termination, your account data will be retained or deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

15.1 If you have a complaint, you agree to first attempt to resolve it by contacting us at support@servicedrome.com.

15.2 If the complaint cannot be resolved, you may use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider in accordance with UK and EU consumer laws.

15.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory local laws apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

Servicedrome reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or by posting an updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
